These are the terms under which BioMirco Ltd. supplies products via biomirco.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

3. Ordering

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Before then, we may decline orders for any reason (including stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

4. Pricing

Prices include UK VAT where applicable. We try to ensure accurate pricing but reserve the right to correct errors before dispatch.

5. Subscribe & Save

Subscriptions auto-renew at the frequency you choose. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time via your account. No cancellation fees.

7. Cancellation and returns

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel an order for any reason (unless products are personalised or sealed for health/hygiene reasons and have been unsealed). We extend this to 30 days for unopened products. See Returns policy.

8. Products and claims

BioMirco products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your GP before taking any food supplement.

9. Health claims

We only make health claims authorised on the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register. Where a claim is not on the Register, we describe ingredients factually without making a claim.

10. Intellectual property

All content on biomirco.com (text, images, design, branding) is owned by BioMirco Ltd. or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product in question.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
