Reviews matter, especially when you are about to put something in your body during one of the most sensitive periods of your life. We treat ours seriously and we explain exactly how we collect, verify, and display them.
This page brings together customer reviews, healthcare professional feedback, and where to find independent reviews of BioMirco elsewhere on the web.
How we collect reviews.
- Every customer who buys a BioMirco product is automatically invited to review it, by email, 30 days after delivery. That is roughly long enough for them to have started taking it.
- Customers are not incentivised to leave a positive review. We do not offer discounts, free products, or any other inducement in exchange for reviews.
- We do not delete reviews because they are critical. We only remove reviews that are abusive, contain personal information, make unverifiable medical claims, or are obviously spam.
- Reviews are flagged with a "Verified Buyer" badge if the email matches an order in our system. Reviews without that badge are accepted but visibly unverified.
- Where a reviewer mentions a specific medical outcome (e.g. a pregnancy), we publish it without modifying the claim, but we do not feature it on landing pages.
Where to read independent reviews.
If you would prefer to read reviews on platforms outside our control, the following are options:
Trustpilot
Our public Trustpilot profile is open to any customer or visitor. We do not pay Trustpilot to filter or remove reviews.
Customers can leave a Google business review at any time. We aim to respond to all of them, positive or negative.
Reddit and forums
We do not moderate or pay for placement on Reddit (r/TTCPCOS, r/IVF, r/TryingForABaby) or fertility forums. Searches there are honest and unfiltered.
Practitioner reviews
If you are working with a fertility nutritionist or coach, they may have their own experience of recommending BioMirco. Ask them.
A note on health-specific reviews.
You will see customer reviews on this site that mention pregnancies, regulated cycles, improved energy, and other personal outcomes. We share them as one person's lived experience, not as a claim about what BioMirco can do for you.
Supplements support a much bigger picture: lifestyle, healthcare, partner factors, age, and a great deal of variability that none of us can predict. A positive review is not a promise. A negative review is not a failure of the product. Both are useful data.
